Sierra de Mora is a family business that was founded in 1994 with the aim of producing high-quality hams, and then marketing them.
We have modern facilities where we carry out all processes, from salting to deboning and slicing.
Throughout all these years, we have seen our goals come to fruition, largely thanks to our expertise, a result of a long family tradition embraced and adapted to modern times. However, the microclimate in our region also plays a crucial role, ideal for curing hams. This is due to our altitude of 1,036 meters above sea level and a cold, dry climate provided by the proximity of the mountains where the Javalambre and Valdelinares ski resorts are located.
